The team at HubSpot has produced a report called “The State of Inbound Marketing” which provides insights into the
growth of blogs and the effect on legal marketing. The information can be viewed as a webinar on demand at the above link.
Commercial blogging is proliferating

So who is blogging successfully? According to HubSpot, marketers in the following sectors indicated blogging as highly effective with over 50% reporting customer acquisition as a direct result from their blogs.
You don't have to be a legal marketing expert to recognise that lawyers are in that group but the challenge for us is to blog successfully. The proliferation of legal blogs makes it harder to get noticed, and there is no point if you don't get noticed!
